I brought in a rare 1794 document signed by George Washington and Thomas Jefferson to get framed. Mind you this is a $40,000+ document so I was nervous. I came into the shop and was given a seemingly endless amount of frames to choose from which was great. The glass is all museum quality with UV protection which is what I needed as well along with all the matting that was needed. He walked me through how it would be mounted without damaging the document and put me at ease. After it was completed, I picked it up and was shocked at how well it turned out. I believe my exact words were, "Holy $%!* that's mine?!" They did everything above and beyond and if I could give more stars I would. The best way to show someone you appreciate their work is to bring them more work to do which is what I am doing. I have a couple framing needs on the docket and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again.
I have had Stacy and Greg frame many pieces and have always been thrilled with the final results. They are so good at offering suggestions as to arrangement of items, mat color, and frame style -- always an improvement on my original ideas!
They always do a wonderful job, helping me pick out mattes and frames for the projects I need framed. The one and only time I wasn't fully happy with the results, Gregory offered to change it to what I wanted for only the low cost of extra needed materials. The labor to redo it the way I wanted it was complimentary as a part of their excellent customer service. They did do the original work the way we had planned it out, but it was such a big and unique project that it looked different when finished than I had pictured it in my head. They wanted to make sure I was happy so they fixed it!
